With a busy life, i still make time for taking care of not only my family and my clients, but also myself. Over the years i've realized, and eventually submitted to, that the fact that the #1 key to your best self is through your nutrition.
Nutrition has a ton of major impacts on the body, but one has stuck out to me so strongly this month and that is the impact that nutrition has on the brain.
Should I say it louder for the people in the back? YES, NUTRITION IMPACTS YOUR BRAIN! Not only with maintaining a FUNCTIONAL brain but it takes a huge part in our MENTAL side of our brain. You know, happiness, motivation, excitement, as well as, sadness, aggravation, emptiness? Well, nutrition play a BIG role in both sides of the spectrum. It may sound cheesy, but it's true what they say,
"You are what you eat."
